What's GPS?

Every movement of our fleet  is monitored by a revolutionary satellite Global Positioning System (GPS) tracks your shipment with such accuracy, we can tell you its location within 50 feet. At a glance, a Faster Messenger Service, Inc. Dispatcher can view, in real time, the exact position and speed of each FMS courier. The computer-based system even calculates an E.T.A. for pick-up or delivery based on traffic and road conditions. Each driver can also communicate with dispatchers via on-board computer screens that use this same satellite technology, as well as through a redundant system of Nextel two-way radio devices. Together, they add up to an unprecedented level of information and communication, ensuring you of immediate, accurate information about your shipment every step of the way.
