FUEL SURCHARGE
The fuel surcharge rate will be based on the AAA Fuel Gauge Report for Chicago, Illinois and will be updated on the 1st and 15th of each month, in accordance with our 15 day billing period. The surcharge will be strictly limited to the base delivery charge and not applied to any supplemental service charges (notary service, weight, truck charge, etc.)
